This Quantity Discount Price-List is intended to be used in
conjunction with our colour Retail Catalogue number 20. Due to
the nature of handmade beads and natural materials, although we
make every effort to be accurate in our descriptions. all weights
and sizes are approximate and for guidance only. Please note that
Earstud prices are not inclusive of Scrolls, neither are Stickpin
and Hatpin prices inclusive of Protectors. These should be
ordered as separate items. Where certain items which appear in
the Retail Catalogue are not listed in the Quantity Discount
Price-list, there is no further reduction in price and these
items should be ordered from the Retail Catalogue. Customers
requiring smaller quantities of items should use our current
Retail Catalogue, number 20.
The minimum Quantity Discount Order is £60
goods value.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT,
which should be added at the current rate to your order total, including postage
and packing charges. When placing your order, please enclose payment making
cheques and Postal orders payable to 21st Century Beads. When ordering by
MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Connect, Electron or American Express, please
ensure that the name and address of the cardholder and expiry
date of the card are clearly indicated (also issue number/valid
from date for debit/Switch cards). When paying by cheque, please
do not fill in the exact amount; rather write, for example, ’not to exceed £xyz...’ (the maximum expected
value of your order including postage and packing) along the top
- this instruction is mandatory on your Bank. We will then fill
in your cheque with the correct amount, thereby allowing for
price fluctuations, items temporarily out-of-stock, etc.,
ensuring that you pay only for goods dispatched and postage and
packing. Should you prefer to complete your cheque or pay by
Postal Order, any credit will be carried forward to your next
order.
Minimum postage and packing charge on orders to
UK and BFPO addresses is £4.35; larger or heavier consignments
will be charged at cost, Please enquire for further details
regarding next-day delivery,
if necessary.
Orders are usually dispatched within seven days of receipt, often
quicker. Any omissions, shortages or breakages must be notified
within three days. A small proportion of breakages, sub-standard
and colour variations between batches is to be accepted. Should
you not receive your order within 21 days please check first with
your local Royal Mail or Parcelforce depot, then advise us with
full details.
International customers including Republic of
Ireland, BFPO and Channel Islands, please arrange payment in
Pounds Sterling. VAT registered EU customers may deduct the VAT
amount provided that the VAT number is quoted when ordering.
Monthly accounts are available to Schools, Local
Authorities, Hospitals, Charities, etc., ordering by Official
Order/Requisition (the order to be signed by the person
responsible for payment).
Abbreviations : S/P = silver-plated; G/P =
gold-plated; SurgSt = Surgical Steel; RG = Rolled Gold; StS =
Sterling Silver; 9ct = 9 carat gold; str=string. Where beads are
sold by the string, one string equals approximately 40cm length,
temporarily strung with no fastener. Approximate number of beads
per string is as follows:- 3mm-133; 4mm-100; 5mm-80; 6mm-66;
8mm-50; 10mm-40; 12mm-33.
