Payment may be made by debit or credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Connect, Switch, Delta, Solo and Electron), or by cheque/Banker's Draft; for payment by Euro please enquire for current exchange rates. When sending cheques/Bankers Drafts, these must be in Pounds Sterling and please note that we are unable to despatch goods until payment is received. Any omissions, shortages or breakages must be notified within three days of receipt. Faulty articles will be replaced provided they are returned intact and adequately packaged within seven days of receipt.
