ELIGIBILITY: applications are welcome from voluntary organisations, charities and community groups based in and serving the community of the Harrogate District.
GRANT SIZE: The Community Chest grants range from £500 to £5,000.

Since its launch, the Foundation has received hundreds of applications and has made almost 550 awards ranging from £500 to £30,000.
The Co-operative Foundation is keen to support community and voluntary sector activity through grants to local groups and organisations across its trading area. It is particularly interested in locally led and run groups which can demonstrate evidence of co-operative values and principles: self-help, equality, democracy, concern for the community.
